One Lexington is a 17 story office to condo conversion completed in 2011 for Macdonald Development (Mcdonald Lexington Project). The condos feature high ceilings, concrete and steel construction and first class amenities. Some highlights are custom cabinets, Silestone countertops, custom showers, bamboo wood floors, and glass tile backsplash. This multi-million dollar project took 18 months and was completed on time and on budget.
