ARC Construction has been in the Valley for over 15 years. We believe that the commercial construction industry has a need for a budget minded, customer-oriented General Contractor who can be entrusted with projects large or small.

Bill Borders

Our Leadership

Bill Borders comes from a construction family and has a passion for building relationships and seeing projects come together. Bill has a BS in Management from Wesleyan University and moved to Arizona in 1999. A strong dedication to community service has led Bill to be a member of many local philanthropic groups including, The School Board for the Catholic Diocese, The Executive Council Charities, and The Thunderbirds. As the head of ARC Construction, Bill strives to run a company that feels like family and encourages everyone to make a difference.
