Nextcare US Headquarters

ARC Construction was contracted with NextCare to build their new US Headquarters in what used to be an LA Fitness.  We took 60,000 sqft of open space and added offices, kitchens, conference rooms, breakrooms, study rooms, and teaching areas.  We worked with our clients for months, value engineering the plans before we had our permits to start.  In addition to the new headquarters, we also built a Nextcare Clinic in the same building with separate entry and exits from the main structure.  This project took eight months to complete, and we are very proud of the outcome This job came to us from a broker contact and we were happy to facilitate a great team to make this project come together.
