Southbank Complex

Southbank is a group of seven, 100,000 sf buildings controlled by one owner but suited to fit multiple tenants over a 2 year period.  The project started as a major interior and exterior demolition including removing fountains, sprinklers and landscaping. One of the more challenging aspects of this project was the remodel of one of the offices where we cantilevered an upstairs catwalk over the lobby.
